Who you are dealing with

This site is published by Caviar Pixels, an independent studio based in Miami Beach, Florida. “We” and “the studio” mean Caviar Pixels; “you” means anyone using the site.

What this site is

It describes the studio’s capabilities, engagements and intellectual property. It is information, not an offer that can be accepted to form a contract, and nothing on it is professional advice for your specific situation.

Pricing

Figures shown for the Digital Opulence Audit, System Build and deployment modules are indicative starting points, current at the date above. The scope builder on the engagements page is a planning instrument, not a quote. Final scope and price are agreed in a written engagement agreement, and that agreement governs the work.

Case studies and demonstrations

Selected systems are described without client names because those engagements are covered by confidentiality agreements. The CPX Pulse panel is a demonstration model driven by your own interaction with the page. It is labelled as such and is not live telemetry from any client system.

Ownership

The content, design, imagery, code and system names on this site belong to Caviar Pixels or are used with permission. Caviar Pixels, Digital Opulence, CPX Pulse, Into The Glitch, The Echo Chamber and the CPX operating register are marks of the studio. You may read, link to and quote briefly from this site with attribution. You may not copy it wholesale, resell it, or present it as your own.

What you agree not to do

• Use the site unlawfully, or send anything unlawful, abusive or misleading through it
• Attempt to breach, probe or disrupt the site or the systems behind it
• Scrape or harvest it at scale, or use it to train a model, without written permission
• Submit someone else’s personal information through the form without their knowledge

What you send us

You keep ownership of what you put in a brief. By sending it, you give the studio permission to read it, store it and use it to respond to you and scope the work. Do not send confidential material before a confidentiality agreement is in place — if you need one, ask and the studio will put one in place first.
